Reservations
Reservations are preferred, though not always necessary. Give us a call and we'll see if we can fit you in! Weekends book up quickly; planning a couple of weeks in advance to receive the desired date and time will help. We also recommend that you book your next experience before leaving.
Cancellations
As a courtesy, we require 24-hour notice of cancellation or rescheduling. A $25 fee is charged for an no show or last minute cancellations. We appreciate your consideration!
Payment
We accept cash, check or credit card.
Minor Clients (Children under 18)
Children between 10 and 17 years of age may receive services but are required to have a signed consent for services form from a parent or legal guardian.
Arrival
We suggest that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled services. Every effort will be made to offer late arrivals their allotted service time, however there is no guarantee that this will happen.
Amenities/Attire
It is common for guests to completely disrobe for their spa services, although you may wear undergarments if you prefer. Keep in mind that we are trained to drape you discreetly and to protect your privacy at all times.
Etiquette
Our environment is one of tranquility and relaxation, out of consideration for other guests; please speak softly throughout the service. Cell phones and pagers must be turned off or placed in silent mode before entering the spa, no exceptions.
Pregnancy
Although you’ll want to avoid treatments using deep pressure and heat, massage is a great de-stressor for the mom to be. Take advantage of our relaxing Pregnancy Massage where we utilize a maternity cushion system for your comfort. Please advise us of your due date when booking your appointment.

Gratuity is appreciated but not expected. We are just grateful that you have given your business to Massage by Michelle today because without you we do not exist. Thank you!
